Principals
Prior to joining Travis & Company, Mary headed the retained search practice at Xavier Associates, which specializes in diversity recruitment. In addition, she spent four years as vice president of J. Robert Scott, a search firm and wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity Investments. Earlier, Mary gained fourteen years of executive recruitment and corporate business development experience at Fleet Bank. Mary holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Rhode Island and has pursued graduate level courses in business administration and human relations. Before joining Travis & Company in 1995, Mike was director of international sales and marketing for Media 100, a high-growth start-up division of Data Translation, where he built the company's international sales channels. Earlier, Mike held various sales and marketing positions at Data Translation, including director of product marketing for the image processing business unit. Prior to joining Data Translation, Mike was a research consultant at Travis & Company. Mike holds a BA from Haverford College and an MA from the University of Chicago. ASSOCIATES
Prior to joining Travis and Company, Lisa was a senior technical recruiter for a contingency search firm placing a variety of information technology professionals in the Northeast. Earlier, she spent four years as a consultant providing full-life cycle recruitment services for State Street Corporation, Motorola and Work/Family Directions, and nine years recruiting in other corporate and agency settings.
