Like most executive search firms, we do not recruit from our clients
for two years after the completion of an assignment. Large national search
firms with similar policies develop significant client blockages that
put many candidates off-limits. As a result, our clients get the best
person available for the job.

we have a 2:1 ratio of research consultants to principals – one
