The principal conducts all aspects of the search, including developing job specifications, managing research, making candidate contacts, interviewing, presenting candidates, checking references, and negotiating the offer.

Our small size works to our advantage when it comes to providing access to the widest possible range of candidates. Like most executive search firms, we do not recruit from our clients for two years after the completion of an assignment. Large national search firms with similar policies develop significant client blockages that put many candidates off-limits. As a result, our clients get the best person available for the job.

Research Strength

We quickly identify target companies and candidates. We can do more and better research than other firms because we have a 2:1 ratio of research consultants to principals – one of the highest ratios in the industry.
